Our 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Woonsocket and our 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Worcester are stocked with state-of-the-art technology and equipment. We’re fully equipped to address any job at a moment’s notice and restore your property back to pre-loss conditions.

Greg Leonard

Managing Partner

Successful senior executive with more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry. Former Vice President in an insurance company managing over $2 billion in premiums. Concentrating on contractual relationships, business development and marketing.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Insurance and Finance, earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and holds a RI Contractors License. In addition, Greg is a past and present member of various industry and charitable boards of directors.


Joseph Solomon

Managing Partner

Successful senior executive with more than 28 years experience in the insurance industry. Joe has been a former President and CEO of an insurance company and has experience with successful start-up companies. Joe has held various positions with responsibility for all aspects of running profitable organizations.

Holds a masters degree in Business Administration, Certificate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America, Executive Project Management Degree from Babson College, Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, RI Contractors License, Asbestos Supervisors License, and is a Certified Worker’s Compensation Professional from Michigan State University. In addition, has resided on many industry and community board of directors.

Vanessa Rodrigues profile picture Vanessa Rodrigues Assistant Vice President Business Support With over a decade of experience in the stone countertop and construction services industry, Vanessa brings a unique blend of operational, financial, and administrative expertise to her role as AVP of Business Support at PRIME.

She began her career in customer service, scheduling, and change order processing, quickly advancing to Office Manager, where she developed a deep understanding of financial reporting, month-end close processes, budget tracking, and production oversight. She also managed payroll for both in-house staff and subcontractors, in addition to overseeing accounts receivable/payable, material procurement, inventory management, and conducting regular P&L analysis and office audits.

Over the past five years at PRIME, Vanessa has steadily advanced from Administrative Assistant to Office Manager and now leads the Business Support division. In her current role, she manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities including:
  • Human Resources: Benefits administration, onboarding, recruitment, employee support, and Workers’ Compensation
  • Payroll & Compliance: End-to-end payroll operations, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of company and employee licensing and permitting
  • Operations: Fleet management, IT coordination, cross-departmental administrative support, and brand consistency
